For years I felt exhausted and weary trying my best but it always ended in yelling. I remember desperately begging them to stop fighting. In fact one day I blurted out, “Stop fighting and I’ll give you chocolate.” We can laugh about that now, but it has been a hard road full of personal struggles.
Having traveled that road made me realize that I have a lot of amazing tools to help other parents discover their inner strength, confidence and joy in parenting.

What others are saying
We have joined a group run by Meaghan for nearly a year. I was touched by how honest, open and friendly Meaghan was right from the start. Meaghan is someone that I can count on for support when I am struggling in parenting. She has a very calming presence, and I always feel heard when I talk to her. Meaghan is also extremely resourceful. We are amazed by the activities she sets up every time when we meet, the natural play environment she creates is beautiful.Ayesha, Mother of two
I recently did a parenting role playing exercise with Meaghan through teleconferencing. I am not particularly good at role playing or teleconferencing but Meaghan was warm and encouraging. She definitely put me at ease!Ellen, Mother of two
All parents I have met through being a part of Joyful Mud Puddles and The Weary Parent Workshop and of course Meaghan Jackson, made me feel understood and cared about. The comfort of knowing other parents are having similar challenges has been wonderful. The idea sharing and suggestions will stay with me during my parenting career for sure.
My usual support systems aren’t as readily available during COVID times, so I really lucked out to find Meaghan recently!Jenny, Mother of two
Meaghan has a fun and gentle way of getting you to think about how things are currently working (or not) in your family, and helping you learn new strategies to bring you closer to your goals. You always feel safe and heard.
Feeling safe so that you can relax and actually look at how things are going – where they are thriving and where they are not – I believe is the most important part of the process. <3Sara, Mother and foster parent

Life is messy and parenting is hard. I know what you are going through. I understand how you feel and I would love to hold the space for your struggles.
I am a mom with three active boys who are homeschooled. I am also a business owner working from home, so I understand what a busy life looks like. For years I felt exhausted and weary trying my best but it always ended in yelling. I remember desperately begging them to stop fighting. In fact one day I blurted out, “Stop fighting and I’ll give you chocolate.” We can laugh about that now, but it has been a hard road full of personal struggles. It was then that I reached out to a parenting coach. Meeting with her each week gave me the accountability I needed to actually make changes rather than just reading a book (and never actually finishing it). I felt understood and supported. I also began to feel more confident in my parenting. To be honest this whole process changed me more than I had expected going in. Coaching changed me whole life. My boys have thanked me for helping them work through their big feelings and sibling fights. It feels amazing knowing that I am helping them to learn the skills that I had to learn as an adult. I know that the work I’m doing now will benefit their whole future. It is this amazing transformation that led me to become a parenting coach myself. I want to be able to share that same gift with others.
Lets take the first step towards a positive change.
